Gunite (Eastern) Ltd carried out the refurbishment of a five storey residential block in the heart of Lambeth. The contract, which commenced in the spring of 2005, was managed by Gunite and was carried out with residents in occupation. The project was completed on time and delivered within the original tender value. The execution of the work and the quality of Resident Liaison was commended by the residents and the Ward Councillor.
