Gunite (Eastern) Ltd carried out a detailed programme of survey and testing to identify the causes of failure to the concrete within Norwich Union's staff car park. Major structural repairs incorporating heavy propping were undertaken to the supporting columns. All works were carried out with the car park in full operation.
