Scope of Works: 

  • Intumescent Paint to provide 60 mins Fire Protection to structural steelwork supporting the first floor in the Exhibition area, both gable ends and Galvanised ‘H’ sections along the eaves
  • Fire stopping to the ‘Bull nose’ detail to provide a cavity barrier
  • Fire stopping to various penetrations through floors and walls to provide up to 120 mins fire protection
  • Construction of double batted Fire barriers fixed around dexion framework
  • Fire curtains above fire compartments to provide up to 120 mins fire protection
  • Air sealing to rooms not deemed a fire compartment
  • Finishing coats to Tennis Court area
