External Wall Insulation (EWI)
Improving a building's energy performance is a fundamental part of the ongoing changes to the Building Regulations. Installing an EWI system provides a means to achieving this, whilst also giving an opportunity to improve and modernise the external appearance of a building.
EWI involves applying a layer of insulation to facades, then covering them with one of a number of aesthetically pleasing speciality renders or cladding. EWI is extremely versatile and can be applied to nearly all substrate types.
EWI offers the following benefits:

Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
Gunite can supply and fit both rigid insulation board and stud wall IWI in hard to heat homes where the historic, listed status or aesthetic preferences make EWI application inappropriate.
