Although we were lucky with the weather, the overall success of the project was in no small way due to the efforts of Grant Barker, who did an outstanding job, ably assisted by Matt Gillborn. Grant was easy to work with, was always on top of the job and had an open minded and flexible approach in his dealings with the College; this is also true of the other members of your team.
This project has been a great success for the College, and will be of great benefit to the students who live in the building.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the effort put in during the fit out at our premises in New Century Place, Reading.
The effort put in by your design team and buyers to source and produce the goods required to allow the build to commence was very much appreciated.
With the tight deadlines that we had to deliver the building it was a credit to your team in the professionalism, attention to detail and dedication shown in delivering the building completed and in a timely manner.
Thank you again and I look forward to working with you again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending you to other companies.

This particular project has been a great success for Interior and the client.
We are convinced the facility delivered will benefit the future working relationship between Interior and BT.

The Croft Residents Association Ltd
My purpose in writing to you is to express my appreciation and that of the residents for a job well done, during what has been a very stressful time for all the residents.
I cannot finish without a word of praise for the contributions made by Mr John Gilbertson. John is a real credit to Gunite and as Site Foreman nothing was ever too much trouble for him. If he promised to do something it was always done and the way he dealt with some of our older, more difficult residents, was absolutely brilliant! This enabled me to avoid conflicts with residents and tradesman and the work was able to proceed without any interruptions.

I was very pleased with the work in general and the proactive approach Gunite had towards problem solving. The on-site tenant liaison by the site manager was second to none.

Leaseholder
Create Interiors have been very helpful with advice on numerous technical and Health and Safety issues, their knowledge and judgement of all aspects of the project, and their compliance with Building Controls, proved invaluable.
Overall, Create Interiors have provided an excellent service. I feel that their good practices and ethical judgements on all issues has ensured that the project was completed to a very high standard and within an accelerated timescale.
Leaseholder,
The project was a very difficult and complicated one. The property is a mixed tenure occupation with two leaseholders, a tenant and commercial unit on the ground floor.
The leaseholder on the first floor had restricted access to his bathroom and the works had to be programmed in such a way as to give the works to the leaseholder’s flat priority. The Contractors, Create Interiors Ltd, were very sympathetic to the problems that the tenant was experiencing. They changed the programme to allow the tenant to get his flat first. This allowed him to move back into his flat before the other works were completed.
The commercial tenant could not trade for the duration of the works, this lead to protracted and difficult negotiation regarding site possession. To move things forward it was decided that the commercial unit would be compartmentalised in order to give the tenant a part-use of the premises even though they could not fully trade. Again, the project team for Create Interiors were very proactive in their efforts to make the works as non-disruptive as possible. They constructed a new service area/reception for the commercial tenant so that he could keep trading. They also arranged for the commercial tenant to use the site services while his were out of action, and agreed to not work in the shop at lunchtime when he would leave to pray.
